UK Deliveries

All methods are signed and tracked, and you will receive email notifications to the contact details you provide.

Mainland UK Shipping with Royal Mail is from £5.00 (orders may take up to 4 working days to deliver) Orders placed before 2 pm on a Friday should arrive the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday should arrive the following Wednesday.

EUROPE Deliveries
A shipping cost will be generated at checkout once you have entered your delivery details. Rates start from £12.00 and are based on your delivery location as per Royal Mail’s European Zone (orders may take up to 7 working days to deliver).

Consumer Contracts Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your products. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the products back.
Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 14 working days; starting from the day after the products are received. These regulations dictate that we will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, the original despatch charge. Jacqueline is not liable to cover 
costs of returning the products.

Returns Policy
Where products are simply unwanted and notification is received after the 14 
day cooling off period, we will be delighted to offer an exchange to the value of the products within 28 days of you receiving the products. Jacqueline is not responsible for covering costs of returning the products.

In this instance, please notify us of your intent to return products in writing via email to Items must be unused and in a perfect resalable condition, accompanied by your name and a valid order number. Once the 28 day period has passed we have the right to refuse exchanges of any unwanted items. Faulty/Damaged Goods
If for any reason the products you receive are faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund within 21 days. Please contact us on +44(0)7859118235 or via email to, including your name and order number. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available.


Should a replacement not be required please notify us and we will refund the cost of the damaged products and where applicable postage costs incurred. Please note that it will be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged products or in more severe cases, we may choose to have the damaged products returned to us to assist in our Quality Investigation.

Where products are believed to be faulty, please notify us of your intent to return the products in writing or via email to All products believed to be faulty will be required to be returned for Quality Investigation purposes.

Returns Procedure
The cost of returning all unwanted items are your responsibility, all returns should be securely packaged and sent to the following address:

If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, products must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the products arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. Orders which may have received a promotional item or gift with a purchase and where all or part of the order is being returned for a refund, the free gift must also be returned in order for the credit to be performed.

Orders which have qualified for a free gift with a purchase and where all or part of the order is being returned for an exchange, the free gift must also be returned in cases where the value/type of the exchanged items no longer meets the criteria requirement to qualify for that promotion.

Where an order has qualified for a discount to be applied to a product this discount shall no longer apply if upon returning part of the order the resulting value is below the threshold for the discount to apply. The discounted products must therefore either be returned or they shall be charged at full retail price.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges: these will be charged at the standard rate.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit or debit card with which the purchase was made , within 7 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 10 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.

You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the email or posted the letter to us.

Items that show signs of being worn or used will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned within 7 working days of notification. All returned products must be unused and undamaged.

Unfulfilled Orders  

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

Returned Deliveries

It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that a recipient or representative is present to sign for the delivery. If the delivery is returned to Jacqueline Greenham Ltd, re-delivery will not be possible and the order will be cancelled and the Purchased refunded in full.
